【Scope of application】

Disposable linear cutting staplers and reload is applicable for transaction, resection and the creation of anastomoses for digestive tissue and organ.

【Product performance】

1. The stapler should have good anastomosis and cutting performance. Replace the reloads and make no less than 5 times cut and anastomosis. After each anastomosis, the staples are shaped as "B".

2. The cutting edge after each anastomosis should be neat and free of burrs.

3. The length of each anastomosis line is at least 1.5 times longer than the length of the cutting line.

4. After the anastomosis, the anastomosis should be able to withstand a pressure of no less than 3.6×103 Pa, and no more than 10 drops of water leakage within 15 seconds.
5. The cutting edge should be sharp, and the cutting force should not exceed 0.8N.
6. The stapler and its reloadsare sterilized by ethylene oxide, and the residual amount of ethylene oxide should not exceed 10μg/g.

【Instructions for use】 (Not as a technical guideline for surgical anastomosis)

1. Follow the aseptic principle and remove the instrument from the package. Do not throw the instrument into the bacteria area to prevent damage.
2. Open the movable handle, separate the nail base and the staple cartridge assembly, and gently remove the staple cartridge protective cover.
3. Clamp the tissue to be cut and sutured between the cutting assembly and the staple seat, and press the movable handle to the locked position (note that the movable handle must be pressed in place).
4. Hold the cutting stapler, press the firing button with the thumb and index finger of the other hand and gently push it forward to the firing position (the cutting knife has not yet started to cut, and the hand feels lighter), and then continue to push forward to the front end with even force (At this time, the hand feel is obviously heavier, indicating that the cutting knife starts to cut the tissue and sutures the left and right tissues at the same time).
5. Return the firing button to the starting position, and be careful not to pull the suture device immediately at this time. The movable handle must be loosened, the cutting assembly and the nail seat must be separated, and the instrument must be withdrawn to complete the operation.
6. If you find that there is an incomplete suture during the operation, please add a few stitches to the corresponding area.

Reload replacement:

(Each stapler can replace up to five reloads in the same operation)

Make sure that when the instrument is fully opened, pull out the fired reloads,and insert a new sterile reload of the corresponding specification into the instrument (a slight click sound during insertion indicates that it is installed in place).
